April Merry-go-Round Kit Reveal

The April Merry-go-Round kit is all about the color and beauty of childhood. The kit has brand-new papers from Sassafras Lass' Vintage Yummy and Anthem lines and Fancy Pants On a Whimsy line. The embellishments include crepe paper ribbon, vintage wallpaper, assorted vintage childrens book pages and game pieces, and so much more!

I am just so in love with the playful colors, the gorgeous papers, and the sweet vintage
embellishments. It just makes me want to go outside and laugh at the sun and hug all those big white puffy clouds!

April Kit Peek!!!

So, first of all, Geekfest was a HUGE success! We had SO much fun scrapping all day and night! Some amazing layouts were submitted and we had 5 winners! I can't wait to do this again next year! I've already got some ideas brewing!

Second, my big announcement that I've been hinting about is that I am pregnant!!!!! This will be our first one that does not run around on all fours, drool, and shed all over the place. Well, it may end up doing all of those things, but it'll look a little more like us. I am now officially 10 weeks along, and I'm really really lucky not to be suffering from morning sickness. That is one of my least favorite things to do, so I am REALLY happy not to have to do it! I just hope that our little peanut comes out happy and healthy.

Now on to some business...

My opa in Holland is turning 100 on April 8th (GO OPA!!!) and my husband and I are going to live it up in Holland for much of April. That being said, I will leave my shop open, but will not be able to ship out anything after April 2nd until I come back on April 20th.

Geekfest 2009 - Celebrate Pi Day!!!

I am SOOO excited to reveal that Sweet Twee Lab will be celebrating Pi Day all day long tomorrow Saturday March 14th! It's Pi Day!!! Get it??? 3.14??? :)

I will have all sorts of super geeky science and math inspired challenges all day long!!!

This is in celebration of one of my favorite kit club website's WillowTraders.com. They are celebrating their 4th anniversary!!! All of the challenges will be posted on that site, under the 4th Anniversary forum topic. If you have never been to the site, you just need to set up a free account with some basic info and to win you need a minimum of 25 posts on the forum (which is super easy to get to, the forum is AWESOME!!!)

I will be giving away full kits and mini kits and vintage yummies and other fun goodies to all of the winners. Is that enough motivation?????
